NDIS
Fig Tree Allied Health provide services to Plan Managed and Self-Managed NDIS participants aged
16 years and over. Fees for services are $193.99 per hour in line with the NDIA service fee schedule
to ensure no out of pocket cost to NDIS participants. Travel is calculated according to the NDIS
Modified Monash Model (MMM) i.e. up to 30 minutes of the hourly rate in metropolitan areas.
Medicare
Appointments provided through the Better Access to Mental Health initiative are billed at $230 for
an initial consultation and $200 for ongoing sessions. A Medicare rebate of $79.05 is available.
You are welcome to attend an appointment without a referral, however no Medicare rebate will be
available.
Private Health Insurance
Private health insurance covering occupational therapy services is available under a range of
policies. Please check with your individual health insurer to confirm your eligibility for a claim.
Please note that Fig Tree Allied Health are unable to process a claim on your behalf but will
provide you with the necessary documentation to action a claim yourself.
Supervison
Clinical supervision services are available from Fig Tree Allied Health, billed at $190 per hour. Supervision is available for mental health occupational therapists, allied health assistants and health care managers from all disciplines.
Please note that from January 2025 there will be a slight fee increase for sessions Medicare rebated sessions. An initial, 50 minute session will be $250, and ongoing consultation will be $220 for a 50 minute session.
